No-Nonsense Workouts 

You won’t need circus-level skills to perform our partner-based exercises.  We focus on effective and safe workouts that are fun and adaptable to any fitness level.

All you need, done right:

 A Full-Body Experience

Your training sessions are 60 minutes, including partner syncing, strength training, cardio and mobility/stretching. 

Personalized Attention

Our groups are intentionally small so that you’ll always get plenty of attention and support from your trainer.

Never
crowded

We only do small groups so you will share the space with no more than 2 other happy couples .

Never
boring

We keep things fun and fresh! One day, the two of you might be playing tug-of-war; the next, you’ll be putting on boxing gloves.

Communicating with your partner is key.  Whether it's talking, whispering, or even grunting, as long as you're really listening to each other, it’ll work.

During the training, you and your partner will lift each other up in so many ways—verbally, physically, and emotionally.
